On July 1st at approximately 1:50 PM Officers responded to a shooting in the 800 BLK of Elmore St. As officers arrived, all the involved parties had fled the scene. In the investigation, officers located marks on the ground that confirmed a shooting occurred. Investigators spoke to witnesses and Officer Taylor Clark who had previous knowledge of a past shooting were able to develop suspect leads. Investigators have arrested the following suspects and are recommending the following charges:

• Jaquan D Holeman 22 yr. old GRB resident – We are recommending the charges of two counts of 1st deg recklessly endangering safety, and one ct receiving stolen property
• Treyvon M Holeman 20 yr. old GRB resident – We are recommending the charges Obstructing an officer for misleading case investigation, and a probation violation.
• 16 yr. old GRB resident, 2 counts 1st degree recklessly endangering safety.

The investigation revealed that this shooting was in retaliation from a disturbance the night prior at a bar on the east side of Green Bay. Also, in the investigation, investigators recovered a stolen handgun from a June 2018 theft from a residence on the west side of Green Bay. Investigators are working to determine if the recovered handgun is the one used in this shooting.

The investigation into other recent drive by shootings is continuing. Investigators are working to determine if the shootings are related.
