Gusaber Isagulyan, 80 years old female, was last seen in the 1100 block of Spazier at approximately 11 am. Description: 5'2, 180 lbs, short white hair, large puffy red nose - last seen wearing black pants carrying a black purse and a red and white Target umbrella. Female walks with a limp and answers to "Lucy". If located, please call GPD at 818 548-4911.
