Weather permitting, the City will start it 2018 Sidewalk Project at Lake Forest south of Seminole July 9, 2018. Expect delays 
The City of Norton Shores wishes to notify you that the 2018 City Sidewalk work is scheduled to start July 9, 2018 at three locations throughout the city and should be completed by the middle of August. The proposed sidewalk location will be along the following roadways:
Lake Forest Drive (west side), Seminole Road to Oakway Drive
Ellis Road (south side), US-31 to Harvey St.
Pontaluna Road (south side), Grand Haven Road to Schamber Dr.
The anticipated order of work will be Lake Forest Drive, Ellis Road and finally Pontaluna Road.
All work is estimated to be completed by the middle of August 2018. These roads will remain open during construction with traffic controlled by flaggers. Delays should be expected within the work area
