Synopsis: Victim #1 (V1), a 21 year old female was driving Eastbound 2700 Camino Del Rio South. She looked in her rear view mirror and saw the suspect, a 56 year female driving at her at a high rate of speed. The suspect rammed into the rear of V1, got out of her car and started yelling nonsense at the victim. The suspect got back in her car and started to drive away. Victim #2 (V2), a 25 year old female was Westbound 2700 Camino Del Rio South when the suspect drove head-on into V2. V2 was transported to the hospital with minor injury. The suspect was arrested and area detectives will be investigating.
