Controlled power outage in Birch Run area due to car pole crash. Unk time for restoration. 
Due to an earlier car vs utility pole crash, JCP&L has conducted a controlled power outage in the Birch Run and Cooper Rd area to repair pole and replace wires. It is unknown how long the outage will last. They are attempting to restore some customers immediately, but the outage could last up to 12 hours for some customers.
