SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH UNTIL 10pm. Potential for rapidly changing conditions, high winds, hail. 
Thunderstorms are likely through this evening. Some of these
storms may be severe, with the best chance for severe storms in
northwest lower Michigan. The primary threats are damaging winds
to 60 mph, and large hail to an inch in diameter. The greatest
threat for severe storms is between 5 pm and 10 pm.
