In June of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 issued an arrest warrant for Heather Christine Benge-Kindy for the charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia. Benge-Kindy also has another outstanding warrant out of Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 for possession of a synthetic drug, along with a writ of attachment out of Tippecanoe County Superior Court 3.

The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
