Two arrests made in Woodward Homicide 
Today law enforcement officers from the OSBI, OBNDD, FBI, Woodward Police, and Harper County Sheriffs office arrested 35 year old Royce E. Denton and 19 year old Jessica Maupin for the murder of Justin Lout. Lout was killed in Woodward on June 27,2018. The combined efforts of all agencies involved resulted in a quick resolution of the crime. Denton was booked into the Harper County Jail for Murder in the First Degree, Application to Revoke a Suspended Sentence, and Eluding Police. Maupin was booked into the Woodward County Jail for Murder in the First Degree. Mug shots were not available at this time.
