* At 834 AM EDT, emergency management reported several roads remain closed this morning due to high water.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Philippi, Montrose, Moatsville, Volga, Century, Galloway and Nestorville.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BARBOUR ... RANDOLPH
Instructions:
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route. Please report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely. You may also report flooding by posting your report to the Charleston West Virginia National Weather Service Facebook Page, or by using the Twitter Hashtag, NWSRLX.
