* At 545 AM EDT, Emergency Management reports that flooding is continuing in the Nestorville area of Barbour County and along Routes 92 and 38.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Philippi, Montrose, Moatsville, Volga, Century, Galloway and Nestorville.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BARBOUR ... RANDOLPH

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route. Please report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.
