* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 648 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Marshall to 13 miles west of Downtown Asheville to 3 miles northeast of Waynesville, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.
