* Flash Flood Watch for portions of south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in south central Wisconsin, Green, Lafayette, and Rock. In southeast Wisconsin, Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth.

* From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through late tonight.

* Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected across southern Wisconsin this afternoon and evening. These storms will have the potential to bring heavy rain. One to three inches of rain is possible, with some locally higher amounts.

* The combination of heavy rain, saturated soils, and elevated stream and river levels will result in a risk of flooding and flash flooding across southern Wisconsin this afternoon and evening. Creeks, streams, and low lying areas will be most prone to flooding.

* AFFECTED AREAS: GREEN ... KENOSHA ... LAFAYETTE ... RACINE ... ROCK ... WALWORTH
