At about 1:00 a.m. this morning, Tydarius Allen decided that he would go to the Nissan South Car Dealership so he could break into cars in the parking lot.  Allen did not realize that an astute citizen had dialed 911 to alert authorities about his criminal activity.  Clayton County Police, Morrow Police, and The Sheriff’s Office simultaneously responded to the scene.   

Upon seeing law-enforcement, Allen fled on foot running from one side of the parking lot to the other trying to evade capture.  Working as a team, all three agencies created a curtain perimeter and closed in on Allen.   Allen attempted to climb a fence and was brought down off of the fence by a Clayton County Police Officer and placed under arrest.

Being so exhausted from all of the running and climbing, Allen was given an executive suite at the “Hill-ton” so that he could rest from his labor.
