* At 616 PM EDT/516 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a band of showers with embedded thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen with some locations as much as 3 to 4 inches.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Wayne, South Bend, Elkhart, Mishawaka, Lima, Goshen, New Haven, Warsaw, Auburn, Niles, Van Wert, Benton Harbor, Plymouth, Kendallville, Decatur, Columbia City, St. Joseph, Delphos, Nappanee and Garrett. Additional rainfall of around an inch is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PAULDING ... PUTNAM ... VAN WERT
