The Contractor started pav't milling on Broadway between US-31 & Bailey today. Access to affected properties may be temp. delayed. 
Please be advised that the Contractor plans three passes with the mill on the south side of Broadway Avenue today within the construction zone and will also mill the path of the proposed water main which goes across the access to this road and down the old Broadway alignment. The contractor is instructed to ensure there is a drivable path to local properties using either gravel or millings.
