On June 14, 2018, at 3 p.m. Deputy U.B. Smith observed a black SUV parked in the middle of the roadway on Stormont Street near Mulberry Street in Princeton. Upon approaching the vehicle to check the welfare of the occupants Deputy Smith detected the odor of Marijuana. At that point Deputy Smith began a roadside investigation that resulted in the arrest of 40 year old Michael Morrow and 21 year old William Devers both of Princeton on Possession of Marijuana charges. Assisting Deputy Smith in his investigation was Deputy Jeff Hill.

Both Morrow and Devers have posted a $650 bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
