UPDATE 1:30pm.  All signals functioning at Atlantic/Garfield/Huntington/Los Robles intersection.


The traffic signals at the intersection of Los Robles Ave. / Atlantic Blvd. / Garfield Ave. / Huntington Dr. are out of service due to a blown transformer.  There is no estimated time of repair at this time.  Crews are working diligiently to get the lights back up.  Please avoid the area.   

California Vehicle Code 21800(d)(1) states: "The driver of any vehicle approaching an intersection which has official traffic control signals that are inoperative shall stop at the intersection, and may proceed with caution when it is safe to do so."
