Heroin Arrest

ACCUSED: Charles A. Curto 51-year-old Male // Brick, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On June 13th police officer Karen Noel responded to the area of State Highway 18 north for a report of a male standing in the shoulder of the roadway, close to the lane of traffic. Officer Noel located the adult male near exit 10 by himself. While obtaining his identification the accused later identified as, Charles Curto dropped what appeared to be a wax fold packet of heroin. Curto was immediately placed under arrest and transported to the station.
Further investigation revealed that Curto was in possession of an additional 30 wax fold packets of heroin along with the prescription drug, Suboxone. Curto was processed and released on a criminal summons pending a future court appearance. He was charged with being in possession of heroin and possession of a prescription drug.
