Single Vehicle Rollover with One Injured


Sheriff Richard J. Behnke of the Cass County Sheriff Office, reports that on 06/14/2018 at approximately 1819 hours his Deputies were called to a single vehicle rollover crash at 67412 M-40 in Porter Township, Cass County Michigan. Joshua Robert Miller (24 yr old, Resident of Constantine, MI) was driving north bound on M-40 when he lost control of his vehicle. He then drove off the road hitting a ditch, witnesses stated that his vehicle then rolled six times before coming to a complete stop on the side of M-40. Mr. Miller was transported to Elkhart General Hospital for his injuries by SEPSA Ambulance service. Miller was the only person involved in the accident. A seat belt was not worn during this crash and alcohol is believed to be a factor in this crash. The Accident remains under investigation at this time.
