* At 102 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen on very saturated ground. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Shelbyville, Toledo, Pana, Neoga, Assumption, Windsor, Stewardson, Findlay, Tower Hill, Jewett, Montrose, Westervelt, Woodbury, Strasburg, Rosamond, Clarksburg, Sigel, Trowbridge, Wolf Creek State Park and Mode. This includes the following highways... Interstate 57 between mile markers 169 and 178. Interstate 70 between mile markers 105 and 114.
