Flash Flood Warning for Vermilion County - Especially along the North Fork of the Vermilion River 
The NWS has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Vermilion County. Radar indicated that an area between Hoopeston and Rossville may have received as much as 6-7 inches of rain. THe North Fork River is rising rapidly with the last reading at 8.42 feet, Near Flood Stage at 3:30pm. Residents along the North Fork should be alert to rising river conditions and prepare to take action if necessary.
Instructions:
Prepare to take action if river waters rise to threatening levels.
