...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT SUNDAY...
* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 45 to 55 mph. The highest wind gusts will occur just below the mountain passes.
* IMPACTS...High profile vehicles such as campers and tractor trailers will be most vulnerable to strong cross winds. Areas of blowing dust and sand in the desert will create locally poor visibility. Highways affected include highway 178 through and below Walker Pass, Highway 58 through and below Tehachapi Pass, Highway 14 and U.S. 395.
* AFFECTED AREAS: INDIAN WELLS VALLEY ... KERN COUNTY MOUNTAINS ... SOUTHEASTERN KERN COUNTY DESERT
