AVOID Gomer Street. Con Edison work will cause the N/B lane of Gomer Street to be closed b/w Barway Dr. and London Road, Friday 6/8/18 
Continuing Con Edison infrastructure work will result in the entire closure of the northbound lane of Gomer Street beginning at Barway Dr. through London Road on Friday, June 8th, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Southbound Gomer St. traffic will continue to be detoured on both Hickory Street and Quinlan Street.
Police patrols and speed enforcement have been increased on all detour routes. These are all neighborhood streets. Drive slowly, safely, and free of distractions.
While this entire northbound lane closure will exist only on June 8th, there will be temporary closures daily on Gomer Street through October, 2018 due to the Con Edison infrastructure improvements.
