Authorities arrest naked man walking on I-40 on-ramp 
Deputy Jordon Frisbee of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Kevin Gordon Elliott, 48, of 1073 Grants Mountain Road in Marion, with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine and indecent exposure.
At 12:40 a.m. on Saturday, May 26, Frisbee responded with N.C. Highway Patrol troopers to the I-40 on-ramp at Exit 86 to a call of a naked man walking on the road.
They found Elliott wearing no clothes. As they were taking him into custody, he threw a pill bottle on the ground. Inside the bottle, officers located 9.29 grams of methamphetamine.
