VICTIM: Male adult, Pomona resident (Name Withheld)
SUSPECT: Male Hispanic adult, in his 30’s, tattoos on both arms, mustache
SUBJECT: Female Hispanic, in her 30’s
SUSPECT VEHICLE: Early black 2000’s Nissan Sentra. Vehicle is missing the rear passenger-side hubcap

NARRATIVE:
The Pomona Police Department’s Investigative Services Division is seeking the public’s help in identifying two subjects in connection to an attempted murder investigation.
On 5/31/18, at approximately 12:30 AM, the victim was parked near the Arco gas station when the listed suspect vehicle, a black Nissan Sentra, arrived occupied by several subjects. A male Hispanic (suspect) exited the vehicle along with a female Hispanic (subject). At some point, the male approached the victim and shot at him several times striking him in what appeared to be an attempted robbery/carjacking. The suspect vehicle and its occupants picked up the male and female and fled the area. The handgun used in this incident is still outstanding.

INCIDENT # 18-061286 The Pomona Police Major Crimes Unit is currently investigating a shooting that occurred at the above location. When officers arrived they discovered a victim suffering from gunshot wound(s). He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. The motive for this shooting is undetermined.
