Missing person - James "Rusty" Martin 
CSP and ACSO are actively looking for a Mr. James "Rusty" Martin, a part time resident from Texas. Mr. Martin was last seen last night (6/3/18) at approx. 11:00 pm by his wife at their home here in Pagosa. Sometime after that, he was involved in a car accident at approx. 2:30-3:00 this morning but was not on scene when first responders arrived and as of the time of this post, has not been seen since. He has no known family or acquaintances in Pagosa other than his wife and small children who are anxiously awaiting his return home.
Rusty is 5'10", 200 lbs, Brown hair and eyes. Possibly wearing dark blue jeans, tennis shoes, a dark purple t-shirt, possibly with a checkered or plaid, button down shirt over the t-shirt.
