Synopsis:
On Sunday, June 3, 2018, at about 5:09 PM, Sebastopol Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Bodega Avenue and Ragle Road, regarding a traffic collision. Upon arrival, officers located two involved vehicles, a green Honda Accord and a green Toyota Prius. Upon further investigation, Officers learned that the driver of the Honda, Lopa Roy, had pulled from Ragle Road onto Bodega Avenue in front of the Prius and a collision resulted.
The driver and passenger of the Prius sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Roy exhibited symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested for felony DUI causing injury and transported to a hospital for additional treatment where she was released.
