* At 9 PM Sunday the stage was 15.2 feet.

* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Recent activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9 PM Sunday was 15.2 feet.

* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 23.6 feet by tomorrow morning. The river will fall below flood stage early Tuesday evening.

* Impact...At 24.0 feet...Water begins to cover the parking lot adjacent to the Shepherdstown boat ramp, and approaches the lowest point of an adjacent building.
