* At 10 PM Sunday the stage was 14.8 feet.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by overnight tonight and crest near 22.1 feet by mid-afternoon tomorrow. The river will fall below flood stage by late Tuesday morning.

* Impact...At 22.5 feet...Water begins to approach buildings in historic Harpers Ferry.
