* Until Wednesday morning.
* At 2 PM Sunday the stage was 9.5 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late this evening and crest near 23.8 feet by early tomorrow evening. The river will fall below flood stage by early Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet...Water begins to cover the parking lot adjacent to the Shepherdstown boat ramp, and approaches the lowest point of an adjacent building.
