* Until late Tuesday night.

* At 3 PM Sunday the stage was 11.0 feet and rising.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by overnight tonight and crest near 22.1 feet by late tomorrow evening. The river will fall below flood stage by early Tuesday evening.

* Impact...At 22.5 feet...Water begins to approach buildings in historic Harpers Ferry.
