Flood Warning until 10:24AM Monday
...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 AM EDT FOR CENTRAL RANDOLPH COUNTY... At 356 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated light rain falling across the warned area. Mill Creek had crested near 12.4 feet, but was still above its 11 foot bankfull stage, at 11.9 feet. Some flooding was reported along County Route 39. Expect flooding of small creeks and streams to recede early this morning in and around Mill Creek, but the Tygart Valley River will continue to rise as runoff continues downstream. It should crest later this morning within the warned area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Elkins, Mill Creek, Dailey, Beverly, Womelsdorf (Coalton), Huttonsville, Kerens and Valley Head.
