...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...
The Flash Flood Watch for portions of Maryland, Virginia, and
West Virginia has been cancelled. Numerous showers will continue
through the day. However, it is anticipated the the ground will be
able to absorb this moisture.
Several Flood Warnings are in effect due to ongoing flooding. If
flood waters are encountered, find another route.

Turn around, don’t drown.
