* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late tomorrow evening and crest near 18.1 feet by early Monday evening.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet...Water covers the pedestrian bridge adjacent to the Shepherdstown boat ramp.
