The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has extended the
* Flood Warning for... Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Northern Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
* Until 300 PM EDT Saturday.
* At 847 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding is continuing in a few locations. In Morgan County, Route 9 is flooded near Largent, and some low water bridges remain flooded. Allensville Road is flooded near Back Creek in Berkeley County.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Martinsburg, Paw Paw, Berkeley Springs, Berkeley, Falling Waters, Great Cacapon, Hedgesville, Big Pool, Johnsons Mill, Tomahawk, Johnsontown, Valley View, Fishers Bridge, Spohrs Crossroads, Oakland, Rock Gap, Smith Crossroads, Jones Springs, New Hope and Cherry Run.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY
