...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 AM EDT FOR WEST CENTRAL WASHINGTON...MORGAN...BERKELEY AND NORTHEASTERN HAMPSHIRE COUNTIES... At 304 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding was ongoing across many areas from north-central Hampshire County eastward through much of the eastern West Virginia panhandle, particularly near Springfield, Slanesville, Points, Levels, Paw Paw, Berkeley Springs, Hedgesville and Martinsburg. Stream gauges indicate area creeks continue to rise. Some other locations that may experience flooding include... Greenwood, Inwood, Berkeley, Falling Waters, Great Cacapon, Hedgesville, Green Spring, Big Spring, Big Pool, Johnsontown, Valley View, Ridgeway, Fishers Bridge, Oakland and Jones Springs.

Instructions:
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
