* Flood Warning for... Northwestern Washington County in north central Maryland... Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Northeastern Hampshire County in eastern West Virginia...

* Until 300 AM EDT.

* At 907 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Romney, Hancock, Paw Paw, Greenwood, Fountainhead-Orchard Hills, Inwood, Wilson-Conococheague, Williamsport, Berkeley Springs, Berkeley, Halfway, Maugansville, Falling Waters, Springfield, Great Cacapon, Clear Spring, Hedgesville and Green Spring.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY ... HAMPSHIRE ... MORGAN

Instructions:

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
