Short-term closures around I-70 overpass 
On Saturday, June 2 2018, American Bridge will be performing a short-term closure of all roadways within a 1000 foot radius of the I70 Viaduct bridge project over the Kansas River. A duration of 10 or 15 minute is anticipated with provision made for emergency service vehicle passage, should the need arise.
Traveled routes that will be closed for this event will be Fairfax Trafficway, 3rd Street, Washington Blvd, Minnesota Ave, Armstrong Ave, North James Street, and Market Street. I70 East Bound will be closed with traffic rerouted via 670.
This short-term closure will occur Saturday morning between 8 AM and 10 AM. Please advise all emergency services and public transportation of the upcoming event and possible short delay scheduled routes.
