Details: On Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 11:20 PM, Corcoran officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1200 block of Letts Avenue for a child molestation report. Upon arrival officers contacted family members of the victim who reported they had found the suspect alone in a bathroom with the juvenile victim. Officers then contacted the juvenile victim who reported they had been molested by a family member, Rolando Villagrana, for several years. Villagrana had fled the scene prior to officers arriving. A Kings County arrest warrant has been issued for Villagrana in the amount of $700,000.00. Villagrana is described as a Hispanic Male adult, brown hair, brown eyes, 5’ 8”, 180 pounds and is believed to be in the southern Tulare County area, possibly in the cities of Pixley or Earlimart. He is also believed to be driving a newer gray Honda sedan, bearing California license plate number 7GTK741.
