OSBI searching for information pertaining to a home invasion and aggravated assault of an elderly man in Hulbert, Oklahoma. 
On May 28, 2018, Hulbert Police requested the OSBI to assist in a home invasion of an elderly man. The man, 91 year old Billy Joe Foreman was found at his residence in Hulbert, Cherokee County, Oklahoma with head and hand injuries. He was taken to Mercy Hospital in Tulsa Oklahoma. Foreman is in critical but stable condition. Foreman appears to be a victim of an attempted robbery occurring between the late hours of May 28,2018, and the early hours of May 29, 2018. OSBI is asking if anyone has information related to the crime to contact the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017.
