Lancaster Station – Mr. Tony Todd aka Marvel Hero stunt double becomes Real Life Hero for Lancaster Family 
On Monday, May 28, 2018, Lancaster Station deputies responded to a local business in the city of Lancaster, regarding a robbery call. During their investigation they learned that a dispute between patrons at the business had occurred. During the dispute, the argument escalated, resulting in several family members being assaulted, and one female adult having her wallet forcibly taken. The wallet contained approximately $700.00 dollars which was earmarked for the family’s rent.
The story was reported by various media outlets. It caught the attention of a very kind individual by the name of Tony Todd. Mr. Todd is a stunt actor for the “border tribe” for the movie Black Panther. Mr. Todd was so moved by the family’s story he decided to personally donate $700.00 dollars to the victim.
While Mr. Todd and other actors may portray heroic characters on screen, it is people like him who show us every day that there are real heroes among us. Thank you, Mr. Todd, for being a role model for our community.
