* Flash Flood Watch for portions of North Mississippi and West Tennessee, including the following areas, in North Mississippi, Alcorn and Tishomingo. In West Tennessee, Benton, Carroll, Chester, Decatur, Hardin, Henderson, Henry, McNairy, and Weakley.

* From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through Wednesday morning

* Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches are possible.

* Some flash flooding is possible. In addition, you can expect rises to occur on area creeks and streams, and possibly along larger rivers as well.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BENTON ... CARROLL ... CHESTER ... DECATUR ... HARDIN ... HENDERSON ... HENRY ... MCNAIRY ... WEAKLEY
