REMINDER - Memorial Day Parade: May 28th, 10 AM - Summer St / Main St / Eastern Ave / Railroad St / Maple St 
REMINDER On Monday, May 28th, the American Legion will be hosting a few events that the public should be aware of:
9:00 AM: The Portland Street Bridge will be closed for a brief amount of time for a ceremony to be performed.
10:00 AM: A parade will be occurring throughout town. The parade begins at the Father Lively Center located at the intersection of Summer St and Winter St. It will proceed north on Summer St to Main St / Mt Pleasant St intersection, and then continue south on Main St to Eastern Ave. The parade will then travel down Eastern Ave to Railroad St, where it will turn north on Railroad St to the intersection of Maple St, and march up Maple St where it will terminate at the American Legion.
Motorists should be aware of the bridge closure at 9:00 AM on Monday, as well as the parade route at 10:00 AM. There will be traffic control in place at intersections, and motorists should pay attention and follow the instructions of traffic control. Please plan for delays.
