BCSO is attempting to identify the pictured individual who entered an unsecured vehicle in the Coligny Beach parking lot at 2 South Forest Beach Drive, HHI. The victim observed the unknown black male exiting her vehicle and slamming the passenger door 05-13-18, at 1257 hours. He then entered a black Ford F150, occupied by a second unknown black male,  who then sped away from the area. The individual is described as approximately 5’ 7” tall, 190 lbs and was wearing a white tee shirt.
