UPDATE**** The road closure on Cochran St., east of Sycamore Dr. is now OPEN. 
The traffic accident investigation involving the 16 yr. old bicyclist is still on going. So far it appears that the bicyclist attempted to ride his bicycle from the s/e corner of Cochran St. and Sycamore Dr. to the north side of Cochran St. When he left the sidewalk he was struck by a vehicle, causing a leg injury and minor head injury.
