IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: ELM ST UNDERGROUND BRIDGE PHASE 1 TO START TUES, 05/22. MAY IMPACT TRAFFIC & PARKING. 
Union County is overseeing the replacement of an underground bridge over a stream on Elm St. at Orchard St. The first phase of this project will involve utility work. The aging natural gas mains will be replaced and upgraded on Elm St. between Stop & Shop and E. Broad St. This work will begin on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. The road will remain open, but reduced to a single lane at times. Traffic and parking may be impacted.
