Equipment Violation Leads To 4th Offense OWI Arrest
On 05-20-18 at 12:51 p.m., a City of Janesville police officer stopped a vehicle for a brake light violation and identified the driver as James Greving. James showed signs of intoxication and performed field sobriety tests. James showed impairment throughout the tests. James had 3 prior OWI convictions and was subject to a blood alcohol level of .02. After tests were administered, James was arrested for 4th offense OWI. James’ alcohol level is pending the results of a legal blood draw that was administered. James was later held at the Rock County Jail on a probation hold and an unrelated warrant.
