Incident Summary
On May 18, 2018, at 10:22 PM, officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 100 block of E. Washington Street for a report of an unwanted male subject harassing residents and smoking in the lobby of the complex.

Officers responded and contacted a male subject, later identified as Gilbert Solis, a transient from San Francisco. A records check of Solis returned showing that he was a high risk sex offender and an arson offender. Officers further discovered that Solis was out of compliance with his arson and sex offender registrations.

Solis was arrested for violations of 290.018(g) PC, failure to register as a sex offender, and 457.1(h) PC, failure to register as an arson offender. Solis was transported to the Sonoma County Jail and booked into custody.
