In West Virginia, Berkeley, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, and Morgan.
* Through this evening
* Periods of rain will continue across the region through this afternoon, and possibly into this evening. Additional rain on an already saturated ground will cause excessive runoff. Additional rainfall amounts around one half to one inch are most likely across the area, with the highest amounts east of the Blue Ridge and Catoctin Mountains. While flash flooding cannot be ruled out, the primary concern is flooding of small streams and low- lying areas. Saturated ground may cause trees to become uprooted and toppled.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY ... HAMPSHIRE ... HARDY ... JEFFERSON ... MORGAN
