* Until 1100 AM EDT Saturday.
* At 155 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that moderate to locally
heavy rain continues to fall on a saturated ground. Excessive
runoff from the rain will cause creeks and streams to rise out of
their banks as well as flooding in low-lying areas. Additional
rainfall amounts around an inch are expected through mid-morning.

Frederick, Thurmont, Charles Town, Emmitsburg, Shepherdstown, Harry
Grove Stadium, Ballenger Creek, Purcellville, Taneytown, Brunswick,
Walkersville, Ranson, Berryville, Boonsboro, Braddock Heights,
Round Hill, Mount Lena, San Mar, Harpers Ferry and Corporation Of
Ranson.
